This villa located in San Gimignano's area  dates back to the 17th century and provides guests with a magnificent vantage point of the hillscape of Tuscany, Italy. Its 4000sq-m garden with cypresses, box hedges, ponds with red fish, the perfume of roses wafting around fountains and terraces is a haven of great peace.

The furnished garden is beautifully designed with fountains, barbecue and flowered walls. From here the 7 x 15 swimming pool at a lower level is visible. It is ringed with bamboo cypresses and a furnished solarium. There is also a shower hot/cold water in the open air and a toilet in the wood, and a stone house in a former hunting lodge, now a kitchen with stove and fridge/freezer to have a cold drink at the pool.

The vineyards in the estate produce delicious red and white wine.

Interiors

As guests enter this villa in Tuscany, Italy, marble columns, statues, frescoes everywhere by a former noble owner and staircases anticipate how beautiful it is.

The entrance door opens onto a spacious living room with a fireplace and a bookcase.

On the ground floor this villa in Tuscany Italy affords an office for the guests and space with sofas to unwind, a kitchen, situated in what was the former stable, equipped with a wooden bar, pantry and all the modern comforts guests  may expect. The table sits 14 guests, though more sitting capacity can be added. There is also a bathroom with shower and a laundry. The frescoed and vaulted ceilinged TV room is provided with Sat TV, DVD and CD player. The living room is watched over by armorial pictures and furnished with armchairs and a grand piano.  The first floor houses frescoes on both walls of the living room with table for playing cards, chairs and sofa and a balcony, overlooking the garden. Here there are 3 bedrooms (for 5 persons plus one extra) and a large bathroom in marble. The staircase leads to the second floor, where there are 4 bedrooms (for 7 persons plus one extra), single twin, double and one Suite. 2 large bathrooms in marble. All the bedrooms are individually decorated.
