Exterior

Villa Panorama is a 17th century farmhouse immersed in an oasis of peace and silence, yet near important and lively cultural centres such as Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia.
From the large panoramic terrace you can admire the beautiful landscape of the Chiana valley and Lake Trasimeno beyond the private garden. This is furnished with a large table and chairs for al fresco meals.

The gardens are meticulously tended with lawns, flowering shrubs and carefully placed statues. The 10x5m swimming pool has its own secluded spot surrounded by a pretty orchard and accompanied with sunbeds and sun umbrellas for lazy holiday days.

There are plenty of more active options though too. You can take a walk into Cortona town, hike the many countryside routes, rent a bike locally, go horse-riding or for a truly spectacular experience, see Tuscany above from a hot-air balloon.

Interior

Recently remodelled, this Tuscan villa takes its guests back to the past with finely furnished interiors with traditional and antique pieces.

The main body of the property can host up to 6 guests, while two adjacent annexes are suitable for a couple each so the property can accommodate 10 in total.

The ground floor consists of a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and pantry, and an elegant living room with a fireplace, leading onto the terrace. There is also a guest bathroom on this level.

Upstairs are the three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The annexes are conveniently just by the main villa although completely private with independent access. They each have a fully-equipped kitchen, living-dining room, double bedroom and bathroom. Each portion of the property can be rented separately.
