Exterior

Villa Elena is a wonderful villa for a group of 12 people, strategically located to explore the Chianti Area and the main cities and sites in Tuscany.

For shopping lovers the area offers a wide selection of outlets with all the well-known Italian brands. Upon request the property owners will happily assist you in organizing the best tours of the area (cultural and tourism tours, wine tours, shopping tours...).

The Villa is set on the top of a sunny hill where the garden extends down into pretty olive groves and orchards of a wide variety of fruit trees. From this vantage point guests are able to fully appreciate the wonderful surroundings, rolling hills encompassing the local town, which is just 1km away and has a variety of shops for your basic needs, a supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Located close to the house there is the attractive swimming pool (4x8m) and solarium- a real oasis of peace, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden also boasts two terraces, to the front and rear of the house, there is a barbecue and traditional working pizza oven here along with dining furniture making these ideal spots for al fresco meals or just a romantic drink watching the sunset.

Interior

The architect owner personally took care of the renovation paying attention to every single detail.  Although respectful of the typical, Tuscan style, the Villa has acquired a feel of originality and elegance combined with all the comforts of modern life.

The ground floor features a very spacious living-dining room divided by red-brick archways into different areas: the entertainment area with sofas, satellite TV and DVD player, lounge with fireplace, reading room and formal dining area. From here one can access the garden terrace via French doors as well as go through to the kitchen. The spectacular kitchen is a really lovely room, very light and attractive but still homely. It is fully-fitted with a central island with 5 hobs, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge and freezer etc. and also benefits from another large dining table, perfect for breakfast or more casual meals. Guests can also book a chef service in order to try delicious Tuscan specialties without even leaving the villa.

This level is completed by a convenient utility room and a guest bathroom with shower.

Upstairs guests will meet with a second lounge area, also with an open fireplace and satellite television as well as a small study with two computers, ADSL connection and sofa. 5 of the bedrooms are also found on this floor. Three double bedrooms each with their own bathroom and two twins which share a bathroom. Coordinating upholstery, wall colours and linen, unique to each room, give a soothing atmosphere and each room is fitted with air conditioning and internet connection.

The final twin bedroom is located in the second floor tower. With windows on all sides it is very light and also affords a 360 degree view. It shares a bathroom on the first floor landing.

Villa Elena is the ideal place for families or a large group of friends to spend a Tuscan holiday.
