This adorable villa is nestled on the hill slopes of the area of Monte Argentario, only 5 minutes away from the sunny-drenched sandy beaches of Maremma, the coastal strip of Tuscany. Monte Argentario with its glorious natural park is visible from the villa.

There are covered areas in the villa’s multileveled garden. One of the  loggias features a large barbecue to try hands at and is furnished with a large marble table and chairs where guests can sip a glass of regional wine or have meals in the breeze coming from the seaside. The property affords an infinity pool from where guests can see the valley and how the sea stretches away. The pool has a changing room and is furnished with deckchairs and plush sofas.

Interiors

Modern style is master in this villa in Maremma, Tuscany. The main villa is a two levelled building to which two suites are added. The refurbishing carried out in 2007 brought into it all modern furnishings.

The main entrance opens onto a spacious living room which affords a fireplace. Going up some steps guests reach a higher level with a big dining room, a kitchen, a small bathroom and a double bedroom with its own bathroom fitted with shower and a twin bedded room heated by a fireplace and a bathroom with bathtub. The villa features two other double bedrooms which have private bathrooms equipped with shower. One of these bedrooms has a fireplace while the other has French doors to enjoy good natural light.

The two suites of this villa in Maremma, Tuscany, are on the level the pool is situated. One of the suites features a conservatory giving onto the pool and a twin bedroom with a welcoming fireplace. Its bathroom affords a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. The other suite affords a double bedroom with its private bathroom equipped like the first one.
