This villa for large groups is positioned at a vantage point on a hill in the Chianti region, looking over the rolling hills of olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees. Although rural and very private the property lies in an attractive village very near to Arezzo.

Villa Le Rocce is also very convenient for the Rome-Milan motorway, allowing guests to easily reach the wider area, Florence just 50km away and Siena 30km.

The villa itself has a perfectly manicured Mediterranean garden, including a 7x14m swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a gazebo for if you need a break from the never-ending sunshine and a large covered patio ideal for dining al fresco altogether.

Tennis lessons can be organized with the villa´s owner at a nearby club and mountain-bikes can also be hired on site, another fun way to explore the region.

Interior

This 19th century villa is classically Tuscan in style with all the charming features you would expect such as wooden beams, stone archways, and terracotta floorings for example. Furnishings include high-quality antique pieces.

Nevertheless, although traditional the villa has undergone extensive refurbishments in order to bring it up to date and provide guests with all comforts. All of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom, satellite-TV, telephone, internet access and air-conditioning.

On the ground floor entering through an elegant loggia you will find the spacious living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace and a dining area. There is also a games room. The fully-fitted kitchen is a typical country kitchen but fully-equipped with all you could need for self-catering, including a dishwasher. There is also the option to hire a local chef, either for a special occasion or for daily meals. Two of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor, one of which is fitted with facilities for the disabled.

Upstairs there is a huge covered terrace, a lovely spot to spend relaxing moments admiring the views. Two twin bedrooms share their own small living room and a further three double bedrooms also share a living room. Finally, the tower houses the remaining bedroom and its en suite.
