This elegant Tuscan villa is located near Principina in Southern Tuscany, just 9km from the sea and 3km from Grosseto.

The villa  can be found more specifically on a vast 450 hectare estate where olive groves alternate with fruit trees and sunflowers, all cultivated under strictly organic conventions and accompanied by a few apartments and a small hotel.

Nevertheless, Villa Principina is completely private with its own entrance, lush garden and a large swimming pool for guests´ exclusive use. There is plenty of space for children to run around in and sun loungers and umbrellas for your relaxation.

There are endless things to do in the surrounding area, from spending lazy days on the beach or participating in water sports, to exploring nature on foot, bike or horseback in the Maremma national park, not forgetting visiting the fabulous art cities nearby such as Siena and Florence.
 

Interior

Villa Principina has been finely restored using quality materials and with much care in order to maintain the traditional features such as its wooden beamed ceilings and typical terracotta floors. It seamlessly combines this ancient look with modern amenities to offer complete comfort and convenience. 

This villa is laid out over two floors and has 5 graceful double bedrooms complete with their own en suite bathrooms. These can be arranged so as to suit the various needs of guests and different size groups. The kitchen is very sleek with all the latest equipment, including a microwave, gas hob, wood-burning oven for authentic pizza and focaccia, a large fridge-freezer etc. There is also a large dining room with a table for 12 and 2 lovely living rooms, one with sofas, cozy fireplace and satellite television and the other with a billiards table.
