This villa in Tuscany enjoys full sunlight while immersed in a context of natural unspoilt beauty. The sandstone and terracotta brick walls of Villa Torrita has been baked by the sun since the Eighteenth century, when the villa was built to shelter daily Tuscan rural life.
The external architecture of this Tuscan villa shows the essence of Tuscany and the pragmatic way of life of past-centuries rural Tuscany.

Villa Torrita opens up to show an unexpected side of the villa. The rustic austerity of the exteriors is contrasted by ample spaces and a warm ambient.
The ground floor has direct access to the garden on three sides of the villa. The large, brick-vaulted living room features a large dining table, two couches, and a fireplace.
From the living room one enters the sunny and spacious fully-equipped kitchen with brick oven and garden access.
The cotto floors, the beamed ceilings and vaulted halls frame each living space and recreate the peace of the external natural environment. A hallway leads to the ground floor bedroom with two full size beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. This room also features an in-room Tuscan-style double washer with a precious marble top.
The first floor accommodates three more bedrooms. One is a double twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The second is a double bedroom with an extremely large ensuite bathroom complete of a bathtub and a spacious separate shower stall. The third room is again a double bedroom with ensuite sink and bathtub, in addition to an ensuite half bathroom. The total occupancy of this Tuscan villa is for 8 people.
Each guest is provided with a complete linen set, in addition to kitchen, bathroom, and swimming pool towels. Final cleaning and utilities are included. Heating, if needed, is calculated according to consumption.
