EXTERIOR

The farmhouse is strategically located to explore the area.  Cultural and artistic day tours can be organized to Siena, Arezzo, Firenze, Perugia and Rome. Another interesting activity you can engage in includes olive oil and wine tasting in the historical centre, which can be arranged by the villas’ young owners, upon request. If you are fond of cheese you cannot miss a visit to the “pecorino cheeses factory.”

INTERIOR

Villa la Pietra is distributed in two floors and can host up to 10 people. It has been furnished with traditional antiques and every possible comfort.  

A lounge with a romantic open fireplace welcomes you into the premises. Just off the lounge is a fully equipped open plan kitchen, which beckons you to an external gazebo, ideal for alfresco meals.

Three large double bedrooms with private stylish en suite bathrooms share a terrace, which enables guests to catch a tantalizing glimpse of the ValdiChiana Valley. Imagine yourself watching the stars pampered by the sweet Tuscan breeze. Pastel wall colors make for the peaceful atmosphere.  Comfortable double beds and silk linens almost tuck you in bed.

On the first floor there are two more double bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms, too. They are large rooms, but at the same time extremely cozy. Both the curtains that fringe the windows and the bedspreads have been selected in perfect taste. Again, they share a balcony with superb views enraptured by gentle scents of lavender and the fresh air of the surrounding landscape.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

- Applicable jurisdiction
