Villa Albina is a refined and at the same time cozy villa for 14 people in Tuscany. It is 5km away from  Montepulciano. The farmhouse has been carefully restored and furnished with great attention to detail and comfort. The welcoming atmosphere of this XVI century house rests in the warmth and hospitality of the owners. They personally serve your breakfast harmoniously prepared with organic ingredients, upon request.

Upon special request, the owner, will be delighted to offer you a wide range of dishes from the traditional Tuscan cuisine. Should you like to dine out, there are wonderful options of pubs and restaurants in the area. Cooking classes, either in Italian, French or English are delivered in the kitchen of the house. On the other hand, guests have the unique opportunity of savoring the finest selection of wines.  

Located at the top a hill, the house commands a panoramic view of rolling hills and valleys dominated by olive groves and vineyards. The huge garden studded with oak and cypress trees at Villa Albina has its own way of stirring the senses.  Lavender scents mingle with aromatic herb perfumes, and entrance visitors. The natural pond nested within the olive oil and grain producing farming estate blesses the villa. Beyond, lies a sun trap secluded swimming pool and a hydro massage just waiting for you!

The villa is in a privileged location to explore all central Italy. It is within easy reach of Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno, Vignoni, San Casciano dei Bagni, Monticchiello, Cetona, Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Orvieto, Arezzo and San Gimignano, which are at only an hour away by car. Guest seeking day trips can visit Florence and Rome. Shopping lovers can comb Prada and Gucci outlet shops, while sport lovers can enjoy the nearby sport facilities, which offer swimming, tennis and soccer.  

INTERIOR

This elegant villa for rent for 14 people in Tuscany is composed of 7 rooms distributed on two floors.

A wide variety of rooms, each with its unique charm seduce you to stay at the villa. Each one has been named after an artist, whose pictures decorate the walls, and has been paired with a special wine cellar. However, all of them share traditional wooden beamed ceilings, old sofas in rich fabrics and wood plank floors.

There are two superior suites of 60 sq meters, two junior suites of 35 sq meters and three double rooms of 30 sq meters.  All the rooms have private bathrooms and fluffy king size beds.  

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, which conducts us through an archway into the spacious dinning room, and finally leads us into the pergola in the open air. A library and a romantic fireplace on the upper floor together with a second sitting room provide the perfect place for relaxation.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

DIVINO VILLAS is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to DIVINO VILLAS, C/ Girona 53, ent , 08009 Barcelona. Or via the website at relations@divinovillas.com

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
