Exterior
Villa Nobile, a lovely farmhouse within a wine and olive oil producing estate boasts a perfect location, on a hill with panoramic views of the area, conveniently situated a few minutes drive from Montepulciano and well located to explore the wider area.
Guests at the villa can share the experience of wine and olive oil production by actually taking part in the challenging but rewarding farm work. It is also possible to visit the traditional wine cellar and the owners´ shop in Montepulciano town to enjoy tastings of the products. A visit to the local pecorino cheese factory is another must.
The villa boasts a lovely swimming pool too. It is completely private but looks over the rolling hills, a lovely sight to enjoy whilst lounging at the poolside. A large patio terrace with a covered area makes an ideal spot to enjoy meals al fresco and make the most of the exquisite surroundings.
Interior
Villa Nobile is distributed over two floors and can host up to 10 people.
Furnished with period pieces in keeping with the traditional style it has a warm, welcoming air and is fitted with all amenities for your comfort and convenience.
An informal open-plan room welcomes you on entering the villa. A comfortable lounge area with sofas around a working fireplace, a dining area as an alternative to the outdoor terrace and a fully-equipped kitchen with all you need for self-catering.
Three large double bedrooms with their own smart bathrooms are also found on this floor and each has direct access to the terrace.
On the first floor are a further two double bedrooms with en suites. These are large rooms but with an especially cozy feel due to the sloping ceilings. The finest details have been thought through carefully, from the choice of stylish bed covers to the coordinating pastel colours. These rooms share a balcony with superb views, a beautiful sight to wake up to in the mornings.
