This lovely villa for 6 in Tuscany sits in the middle of the green countryside an easily manageable distance from all the cultural landmarks in the region such as Siena, San Gimignano (30mins), the little Monteriggione and Florence (1 hour´s drive)

The closest restaurant is just 1km away, ideal for those who want a night off from self-catering, and the small town in which it is located has several other restaurants along with shops to meet all your basic needs, traditional thermal baths, and attractive historical buildings.

The villa itself has a pretty private garden with the 10x5m swimming pool in the centre amidst the manicured lawns equipped with sun loungers. Guests will enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding landscape which encompass two castles built in the Middle Ages.

There is also a pleasant furnished terrace, covered to protect you from the sun whilst you eat your meals al fresco. It is a perfect spot to indulge in a glass of wine in the evening watching a spectacular sunset over the hills.

Interior

The rooms are all on one level in this charming villa. A spacious living room with a warm atmosphere and an attractive fireplace welcomes you on entering. Although fairly traditional in style modern amenities have not been forgotten and here there is also a satellite television. The fully-equipped kitchen opens from here, another large room it features everything you could need for convenient self-catering including an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a smart dining table for if you prefer to eat indoors.

6 can comfortably be accommodated in the villa´s 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one a twin room. They are all individually decorated with a different colour palette and pretty fabrics. Each also affords its own bathroom with a shower.
