Exteriors  

From The swimming pool of this tuscan villa is easy to know the real Tuscan "Dolce Vita". A small stream runs between the lovely private garden and the road acting as a natural property boundary.

From the house a beautiful view of the sweet tuscan landscape and of a near medieval Abbey would provid a sense of beauty and peace.

At night the garden is magic with the larger trees lit complimented, in summer, by fireflies which appear and disappear among the rambling climbing roses.

It is not uncommon to hear the nightingales song in the sheer silence envoloping the Abbey. The famous village of Sarteano is about 5 min Driving.
