Estuvimos muy a gusto en Villa Vignacce. La situación muy buena, cerca de la autopista pero sin ruidos, y próximo a Pienza, Siena, San Gimigniano, La Val d'Orcia, ...
El jardín estupendo y Anna Licia nos dio huevos recien cogidos. También te proporcionaba todo tipo de indicaciones sobre rutas si lo solicitabas.
La casa tenía encanto y ...libros, algo de agradecer cuando se te ha olvidado meter uno en la maleta.

Our stay at Villa Vignacce was delightful!The apartment was beautifully appointed,the view from the bedroom was lovely,as was the room. Our host was very charming,spoke english well,and gave us great information for the area. The central location made it easy to visit several walled cities in one day! Thank You Villa Vignacce for an enchanting 2 days in Dec.

My father, who is 82, and my sister, who has spinal problems joined us on our journey in Tuscany. As a result, comfort was of the utmost importance. Since my father was joining us from a more temperate climate in America, throughout his visit with us, he was chronically cold, however, in the apartment, we were able to regulate the heat with precision and the place was toasty and warm.
The interior was also as pictured in the photos, but even more picturesque and charming. Our hostess, Annelucia was a delight and helpful in every way. She was warm and friendly, available, but never invasive. Additionally, she communicated promptly and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion - even those questions we may have felt bashful asking. Initially, she was the first person who responded to our inquiry about a Tuscan home, however, 2 others quickly followed. Nevertheless, her receptive and inviting demeanor (over email) convinced us that this would be the right place for our family.
Of particular interest is the way in which the property is situated completely on a hillside in the country and yet, just a few kilometers from the interstate route, thus making it tranquil while convenient at the same time. Although we arrived in the fall and therefore didn't use the pool, we had the run of the garden and enjoyed the mild days and the beautiful landscape.
The bathrooms were immaculate, with good water pressure, and the kitchen had all of the amenities one might need. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others. In summary, it was also remarkably reasonably priced, especially if one considers the ability to prepare meals from home (thus saving money) and comparable costs for a hotel of equal quality. All in all, our hostess, our dwelling, the atmosphere, and the overall comfort were top notch!

our stay as a family at Villa Vignacce was more than perfect.
we enjoyed every minute at the house, as a matter of fact we even gave up traveling around for the last couple of days so we could enjoy the house and the surroundings
the owner was very helpful & friendly.
we sure will recommend it to our friends, and...be back soon!

Excelente ubicación (está al lado de la autopista a Roma-Florencia y de la autovia a Siena) como centro para realizar visitas en la Toscana (Florencia, Siena, Arezzo...) y para disfrutar la vida tranquila en un pueblo toscano. Apartamento limpio, confortable, acogedor y Annalicia te hace sentir como uno mas de la casa.

We loved staying at Villa Vignacce this summer. The hostess Anna could not have been more gracious, friendly and helpful. The property was magnificent and perfectly located for sightseeing around the area with quick access to the major roads. We stayed with two small children 1 and 7 and the facilities catered for them well with the pool, ping pong table and swings as well as gorgeous walled garden and an orchard. The apartment was cool and spacious. Great find we would definitely stay here again.

La casa es muy bonita, la estancia muy agradable, el personal estupendo. Sería bueno que ofrecieran al menos los desayunos para que fuera 100% pero es un mal menor.
Repetiríamos sin duda y desde luego que la voy a recomendar.

Beautiful views. Wonderful host. The fact that out apartment was on the first floor was a slight disappointment. But the property is very clean and it's decorated with care. The garden is beautiful and the owner of the house is very friendly and helpful.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares, tranquilidad absoluta y trato familiar. La propietaria estuvo disponible para atender todos los requerimientos. Es un lugar genial tanto para ir en pareja como en familia.
Todo fantástico, sólo dos sugerencias en cuanto al confort: mosquiteras en todas las ventanas y aire acondicionado, estuvimos la semana más calurosa del verano!

Una villa muy grande con un inmenso jardin. Cerca de la villa a menos de 5 minutos andando tienes bastantes restaurantes. La piscina esta fenomenal. La propietaria Annalicia es super amable y cordial. Es un sitio ideal para descansar y hacer excursiones por la Toscana. Arezzo, Siena, Cortona,....Florencia...etc.

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en villa Vignacce. El apartamento en el que nos alojamos , el Camino, es muy bonito, esta decorado con mucho gusto y estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado. El jardin de la finca es precioso y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y la barbacoa.La propietaria es muy amable y nos prestaba en todo momento su ayuda e informacion sobre todos los lugares de interes para visitar en la zona. Su ubicacion esta muy bien para visitar ciudades interesantes como: Siena,Cortona,Florencia ,Montepulciano...Nos parece totalmente recomendable y esperamos volver alli cuando volvamos a la Toscana.

En general, la experiencia fue muy buena. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con la calefacción y el agua caliente, que fueron rápidamente atendidos por la propiertaria que fue muy amable con nosotros.
La localización es muy buena para visitar toda la Toscana.
Sugerimos se disponga de equipos para lavado y secado de ropa en la misma casa o en un lugar accesible a los inquilinos. En suma: casa rural recomendable, gran cordialidad de la propietaria.

Beautiful setting - very peaceful and relaxing. Owner was very kind and helpful and looked after us very well giving us fruit and homemade preserves and fresh eggs from the chickens. A wonderful holiday all round.

Excelente recibimiento por parte de Ana Alicia, que es encantadora y muy profesional. Ana Alicia ofrece una casa preciosa y auténtica en una finca histórica, con todos los detalles: sábanas y toallas muy suaves, cocina completísima, muebles antiguos, libros, baños renovados, etc. Además, el jardín es una belleza, está cuidadísimo, así como la piscina, y tiene una vistas muy bonitas de las montañas. La rosaleda y el huerto terminan de darle a la casa el toque de espacio único.
La ubicación es idónea para conocer Siena, Asís, Cantona, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, etc.
Volvería de nuevo, sin dudarlo. Y lo recomiendo sinceramente.

Es un lugar maravilloso, tranquilo donde uno se encuentra como en casa. La casa es preciosa y el jardín una maravilla, la piscina, las flores , todo está en perfecta armonía.
Además Analicia es encantadora y nos recomendó lugares preciosos para visitar.
Está muy bien ubicada ya que accedes a toda la toscana de manera rápida y cómoda.
En fin una delicia de lugar.

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en Villa Vignacce. La casa está muy bien y hemos estado muy cómodos. Los niños han disfrutado mucho de la casa, el jardín y la piscina. La propietaria Annalicia es muy amable y nos ha facilitado todo lo que necesitamos. Además, habla muy bien castellano. La casa está cerca de muchos lugares muy interesantes para visitar: Cortona, Monpepulciano, Lago de Trasimeno, Siena, Florencia, etc.
