Tuscan Villa with beautiful ocean view

Exteriors

This tuscan villa is placed only 6 km away from the village of Capalbio and just 10 minutes drive to Maremma beaches. It was built on top of a hill from where it is possible to enjoy a wonderful ocean view. The Villa offers accommodation for 28 people. At guests’ disposal there is a swimming pool, a fitness room and a great garden with a nice gazebo.

Horse rides and cycling tours through the surrounding oak woods and green fields, are available upon guests’ request.

Interiors

This Villa in south Tuscany is composed by two structures and one annex:

The Main building: contains 5 double bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and 2 more service rooms with twin beds available for children use. There is one dining room which has a fireplace and one living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped.

The second building: is composed by 6 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and another dining room with fireplace and a living room. It includes an annex structure with two more bedrooms.

All their rooms have been carefully decorated with wooden beams ceiling and terracotta tiles floor.
Cooking service is offered upon request, as well as a daily made who is available 6 days a week.
