Prestige Suites are 14. Rooms can be on the first floor or on the ground floor. Rooms are spacious and  tastefully decorated with great attention to details. Prestige rooms may have fireplace or private outdoor garden. Bedrooms are double but they may become twin on request. All prestige room have a double sofa bed and some of them that are bigger also have an extra single bed, so they can host up to 5 people. There is also one room for handicapped or disabled people.

Comfort Suite is located on the ground floor and it is the smallest room in the Villa, however the room is very charming and well decorated and it is ideal for a romantic escape to Tuscany.
Bedroom is double but it may become twin on request. The room has a double sofa bed, so it can host up to 4 people.

- Force Majeure

If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

DIVINO VILLAS is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to DIVINO VILLAS, C/ Girona 53, ent , 08009 Barcelona. Or via the website at relations@divinovillas.com

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
