Apartment Fienile develops on two floors in the heart of the hamlet of San Giovanni Castle.

The ground floor is accessible through two double arched French doors from the private patio. The entrance opens onto the living room with satellite TV set and corner fireplace for those cozy winter nights. A large arched opening leads from the living room to the dining room with antique table for up to 6 people, and Tuscan pantry. The kitchen is besides the dining room, fully equipped for a comfortable self-catered vacation in Tuscany, also including a dishwasher.

On the first floor are located two large double bedrooms with queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower and one single bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. From the single bedroom guests have access to a small private garden with terrace.

The apartment includes services such as satellite TV set, private telephone, and independent heating.

- Applicable jurisdiction
