Apartment Olivo is part of the original barn of Villa Asciano.

This apartment near Siena can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms and two additional guests in a comfortable sofa bed. Entirely furnished with antiques and recovered materials, the interiors of Olivo wonderfully spouse with the harmonious outdoor landscape that you will enjoy from its panoramic windows.

 

The "alfresco" eating area is shaded and set in the most wonderful panoramic and private location at the villa. On entering the kitchen you will feel a homelike feeling and recognize all the elements of the rural Tuscan country life. The warm fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with table leave the space to the bedrooms and bathrooms area, which is enveloped in a soft blue hue.

 

One double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, while the other double bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with shower stall and bathtub. Olivi can join Vite to become a 3 or 4 bedrooms apartment suitable for a family or a group who wants more privacy.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
