From the main courtyard of the villa one steps up to the first floor through the travertine stairs. Here one will find a loggia with a tea table and a wonderful  Tuscan landscape opening up to the left.

The glass door entrance gives access to the kitchen and living room. This room is so large that it can comfortably host an 8 meter long table to accommodate all guests at the villa. The large fireplace dominates the scene in the kitchen of apartment Loggia, which is fully equipped for comfortable cooking and has a dishwasher.

The sofa and eating table are set opposite the entrance to the master bedroom besides the fireplace.

This large bedroom features a very romantic canopy bed, restored antique furniture, an ensuite bathroom with shower and two windows overlooking a wonderful landscape.

The second double bedroom also features antique furniture and a panoramic window. The third bedroom has two twin beds but can also be set up to become a double room. The second bathroom with shower is adjacent these bedrooms. The soft blue hue of this bathroom is peace inspiring and harmonizes with the landscape visible from its window.
