Montepulciano is a town rich in culture with plenty of historical buildings, excellent restaurants and the “terme,” the town´s thermal baths. Of course, Montepulciano is also famous worldwide for its Vino Nobile so you might like to join a wine tasting or tour.

There are numerous interesting towns nearby such as Cortona, Pienza and Monticchiello and the location is also convenient for reaching Siena, Florence and San Gimignano for example.

The villa itself is a haven of tranquillity, perfectly rural and set in an immaculate garden with lawns, lush plants and flowers and outdoor furniture- tables and chairs and a barbecue for al fresco dining and sun loungers for lazy days.

The woods near the house make a lovely place for a cool walk in the shade.

Interior

The house is traditional in style with all the charming original features having been kept such as the wooden beamed ceilings, brick arches and terracotta flooring and decorated with antique furniture to continue the atmosphere.

The ground floor consists of a triple living room with an attractive fireplace, plenty of comfortable sofas, satellite television and large dining table. There is a lovely country kitchen, fully-fitted with all facilities for self-catering and also a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs are the three large double bedrooms all elegant and with views over Montepulciano and the rolling hills, and a second bathroom.
