Suite Querciolo has independent access from the panoramic balcony of the villa. The suite is composed of two double bedrooms, one of them with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and another bathroom with shower stall, a large living room, and the well equipped corner-kitchen.

The kitchen features a fridge, cooking range, electric oven and a dishwasher, discretely assembled in the corner of the livingroom.

The furniture is entirely composed of original antique Tuscan pieces, while the walls are painted with soft pastel hues to make each ambient very homelike. This suite is a wonderful retreat in Tuscany where to spend your summer days and warm winter evenings as well.

If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
