Exterior

This splendid villa in Tuscany is located just 30km from Pisa and is even closer to the well-known San Miniato and San Gimignano.

Those who enjoy active holidays will find various facilities for golf, tennis, horse-riding and fishing all within 15km and the nearest town where there are restaurants and basic shops is within walking distance just 1km away.

The property itself is surrounded by an enormous, professionally designed garden. The main level consists of a large lawn with a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas for your pleasure.  A natural terrace is perfectly positioned on the hillside and furnished so you can relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the incredible landscape of rolling hills, olive groves and woodland. The garden terrace is bedecked with flowers, an elegant pond and fountain, statues and Mediterranean plants and fruit trees.

Please note if you have very young children that there is a sloping bank in part of the garden and unprotected drops and steps.


Interior

This grand villa in Tuscany has undergone recent restoration to bring it up to date while remaining faithful to the traditional Tuscan style.

The main villa sleeps 7, and there is a separate poolside annexe for another two guests.

The interiors are very spacious, ideal for a large family or group. The ground floor consists of a living-dining room with a fireplace and a professional piano for fun-filled evenings in. The kitchen is also fully-equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher and laundry facilities. A chef can be arranged on request for if you prefer to take time away from the kitchen on holiday or for a special occasion or one-off meal. Guests are sure to enjoy eating al fresco under the shaded pergola. Also on the ground floor is a guest WC.

Continuing to the next two levels of the villa the four bedrooms can be found. Three of these are large doubles each with their own bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. There is also a single bedroom with an en suite shower room.

The annex is ideal for a couple or individual wanting a little more privacy from the group. As well as a double bedroom and shower room on the upper level, it has its own living-kitchen-dining room.

Both the main building and its annex offer both central heating and air conditioning.

Other services can be arranged at the villa in order to make your Tuscan holiday even more special- there´s something for everyone, from gastronomic and art tours and trips, Italian language or cooking lessons to tastings of local products.
