Exteriors

This splendid villa near Siena consists of a main house and an annex. The entire property offers stunning views over the surroundings, and it also affords a beautiful garden full of plants, trees and flowers. In this same garden there is also a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor terrace with a barbecue, tables and chairs. Guests can also enjoy the tennis courts and a five-a-side football pitch; or they can also travel no more than 2km to find the village of Ville di Corsano, where there are food shops, a restaurant and a post office. Siena is less than 20km away, and it is also possible to discover the beautiful cities of San Gimignano, Volterra, Montalcino, the Chianti area and the Val d’Orcia from here.

Interiors

The main villa is a two-storey construction. The entrance leads to the large living room with a fireplace, couches and access to an internal courtyard. The dining room has a table with chairs, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a cook-top, oven and a dishwasher. There is a service bathroom with a toilet, washing machine and hair dryer.

The staircase leads up to a second living room with couches, satellite TV and a computer with Internet connection.

The seven bedrooms in this splendid villa near Siena are located on the first floor. The first bedroom is a suite with a living area, fireplace, satellite TV, a small room with a piano, a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a fireplace, a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and a handheld shower. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with shower. The fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed as well; and there are two additional bathrooms in this same level. The seven bedrooms afford air conditioning and exquisite furniture.

The annex is situated approximately 100 meters from the main villa. Its ground floor affords a living room with couches and satellite TV and a dining area with a fireplace and a table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cook-top, oven and a dishwasher and has access to the outside. There are two bedrooms, each one of them with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a gym, a shower and a sauna on the basement.
