Exteriors
Il Bosco is a small tuscan villa for 10 people located at the top of a hill very near to the city of Lucca. The property is composed of two dwelling units, beautiful gardens, leisure areas and a panoramic swimming pool (11x5m).
The house has been recently renovated with meticulous attention to details in order to ensure comfort and privacy to its guests.
The access to the property is by and automatic gate that leads to a ample parking area. A well kept garden surrounds the house where there is a pergola that provides a shaded place from where it is possible to enjoy a wonderful view on the adjacent vineyard, the forest behind and the valley below. There is also a bread/pizza oven onto the side of the main house.
Well behaved dogs are welcome.
Interiors.
This charming small villa near Lucca can comfortably host eight guests, with four bedrooms in the main house and one big bedroom in the restored barn.
The main house:
The entrance area of the house is spacious and modern with a wooden counter separating the cooking and dining areas and a modern kitchen, in marble and stainless steel. It is equipped with a 6-burner range and gas oven, dishwasher, microwave and ice maker.
The dining room, where there is a table for 10 people, is connected to a beautiful living room where there are large and comfortable sofas and an entertainment corner with television, DVD and a satellite receiver that will make feel guests at home.
Leading off the hallway there is a laundry room with ironing facilities and linen cupboard, a washer and a dryer.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
A staircase leads from the dining room to the first floor where there are four air conditioned double bedrooms and three beautiful and light en-suite bathrooms.
All the bedrooms are lovely furnished and tastefully decorated. One of the bedrooms has twin beds. One of the bathrooms has a bath-tube and the other two have a shower.
The Barn
The second rental unit is a barn which has been tastefully restored and has turned into a charming house.
On the ground floor there is a large living room that faces a beautiful garden. The living room communicates with a small and fully equipped kitchen. The living room communicates also with a nice covered terrace with a built-in barbecue and a sink.
A stair leads to the first floor that is composed of a charming double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is air-conditioned and is equipped with an hi-fi stereo. The house has been lovely furnished and tastefully decorated.
