The strategic position this small villa is located in is discovered by joining the coordinates between Florence, Siena and Arezzo. It has the advantage of taking guests to the beating heart of Tuscany as Florence is only 25 minutes away, Siena is 46 and San Gimignano is 53.

Coming from the large paved furnished terrace, traversing the perfectly trimmed garden embellished with Mediterranean varieties of plant, it is possible to take a dip in the 12 x 6 swimming pool. It has been paved and furnished with deckchairs. The aroma of flowers wafts around it while guests admire the panorama of beauty of grapevines and hillscape that unfolds in front of them.

Interiors

This small villa near Florence is a 250 sq-m three-storeyed building hosting up to 10 guests.

A veranda is located at the front. The first room is a hall of terracotta flooring and tiled and wooden ceiling. Before entering the dining room on the left there is a bathroom with shower. The dining room features a table to dine and an open warm fireplace. By this room is the well lighted kitchen equipped with all comforts making your stay truly comfortable.

From the hall onto the right there are two different living rooms, one of which has access to the utility room equipped with washing machine. Natural light enters this small villa near Florence through its large windows.

Each of the four bedrooms on the first floor and second floor has been designed with a personality of its own. There are three double bedded rooms (one with a double sofa bed) and a triple bedroom. On these levels there are three bathrooms. One of them features a shower, another features a bathtub and the fourth bathroom of the property has both.

A cook and a maid are services available upon request.
