An exclusive detached dependence with views of the olive groves and garden is set 100 metres away from the small hotel in Chianti. Intimate, cosy, comfortable and historical, this precious outer-stone-walled farmhouse was built in the 16th century and has been named La Fonte. Walking along a path that sweeps to La Fonte across the olive grove, you arrive at this former farmhouse which underwent full renewal.
This well lighted, sought after dependence thanks to its illumination and fine views of the perfectly trimmed garden and healthy grove affords two ample air conditioned bedrooms. One of them has a double bed while the other features three single beds. There is an inviting living room heated with a fireplace. The kitchen has been provided with all the necessary facilities and elements you may think of. Each bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower, while the other has a bathtub and shower.
