Located  on the ground floor of the old stables, directly overlooking the park, each with kitchenette and 12 square meters terrace with table and chairs.Double bed, kitchenette, patio area and small garden. 40m² with ensuite shower (no bath).

These Suites located at the bottom of the garden are the most exclusive of this boutique hotel.   Suites are  on the villa's ground floor and have: kitchenette, conservatory, veranda with sea view and cast-iron old-style bathtub, and a splendid view of the sea and of the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. These rooms are the biggest and they are about 70 square meters.
