Exterior

This grand estate was originally owned by the De Medici Family back in the early 15th century and has been producing wine and olive oil ever since.

The five traditional stone farmhouses are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with the rolling Tuscan hills beyond. Situated between Siena, Arezzo and Florence in a small village this is an advantageous position for exploring the whole region and all it has to offer. It is also just on the edge of the Chianti Classico region, recognized worldwide for its wine.

The estate´s products and others typical of Tuscany are sold in the farm shop on site. Furthermore, you might enjoy a tour of the wine-making facilities to learn about the process before going on to a tasting session in the beautiful cellars.  

Taking some time for yourself and just lounging in the sunshine can be a blissful holiday but if you prefer to be more active within the estate there is also a swimming pool, tennis, bowls and mountain-biking on offer. If you venture just a little way you´ll also find numerous charming villages and historical towns to explore.

Interior

As well as the shared facilities each of the houses has its own quiet garden with outdoor dining facilities and a barbecue.

They vary in size accommodating between 4 and 6 and have everything you could need for a more than comfortable holiday. A fully-equipped kitchen will meet all your self-catering needs, living room with television and cozy fireplace, and bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The style is elegant but not imposingly so and you´ll have no problem relaxing and getting into the holiday mood here!
