Exteriors

This rental villa has been restored maintaining true, tasteful rustic Tuscan style and has a 11 x 6 x 190 chlorine-free water swimming pool. Its landscaped gardens offer a variety of indigenous essences and bushes, with pergolas and plenty outdoor areas with garden furnishings.

There is free broadband Internet and Wi-fi at reception and in the shared areas.

This Tuscan rental villa dates back to the 18th century and is nestled in the Val di Merse Wildlife Reserve, surrounded by still unpolluted woodland and crystal-clear rivers.
It is only 7Km from unique San Galgano Abbey, which preserves a ‘Sword in the rock’, most likely linked to King Arthurs’ legend.

Beautiful Siena, home of its famous Palio horse race, is only 35 Km away. The Maremma seaside is only 60 Km away.
Outdoor activities are possible: horse-riding, biking, trekking. A 18-hole golf course is 20 Km away. Spas are 20 Km away.

There is outdoor covered private parking  for 6 cars.

A small organic shop sells unique red wines produced with music therapy and other products.

 

Interiors

This Tuscan rental villa consists of two local stone buildings. The main building houses all 5 apartments. The total number of guests that can be accommodated is 18. One apartment is normally for 9 guests and the others can normally host 1 or 2 people each.

All apartments have central heating and some have ceiling fans for efficient, environmentally- friendly summer cooling.
Traditional hand-made terracotta floors and chestnut wood beamed ceilings have been preserved everywhere and all apartment interiors are decorated with soothing natural colors, according to Tuscan tradition.
All apartments have equipped kitchenettes and private bathrooms, with shower.

The second building has a large, equipped main kitchen, a meals room and a porch. There are an outdoor wood oven, a free barbecue, and a large open, working fireplace in one of the apartments. An 80sq-m hall is available for indoor events at extra cost.

This Tuscan rental villa is the ideal location for a holiday as well as celebrating a romantic wedding and other events.
