Apartment Certosa has an independent entrance on the ground floor. This apartment is provided with private outdoor barbecue and eating area for "alfresco" meals.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
