Deers, foxes and other animals run free in its woods. The sun softly bathes its vineyards, olive trees and oak forests. The woods make a fantastic setting for wandering, riding a horse or bicycle to unwind along its trails. Outside the property guests can go fishing or play tennis.

Interiors

As guests enter, the living room with fireplace anticipates its comfort. On the same level there is a dining room with a long table and a kitchen fitted with all the modern comforts. The ground floor features four double bedrooms. All of them with queen size beds.

The stairs lead to the first floor where there are 4 double rooms and a twin one provided with queen size beds. One of the double bedrooms’ loft offers two single beds.

Each bedroom on both floors has its own bathroom with a shower. The whole villa has been furnished to immerse guests in the Tuscan style, which includes the typical antiques, terracotta flooring, archways and wooden beams.

The 110 sq-m annex offers a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and two double bedrooms, each with its bathroom with bathtub or shower.

The main villa and its annex can accommodate up to 22+2 guests in 11 bedrooms.
