The well-preserved ancient style transports guests to an era long ago finished but brings them back with the comforts they find in this private house for rent in Tuscany.

This 19th century Liberty style villa has been refurbished to its original splendour loyal to the style that spread in Europe then.

Two French doors open onto the outdoor stone loggia furnished with dining pieces. From here it is possible to admire the extensive land that stretches in front only interrupted by the view of Volterra. The 4 x 12 m swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and sun umbrellas is located on a level which provides sweeping views. For sheer pleasure relax in its Jacuzzi corners.

Children will enjoy a customized playground and adults can unwind over a table tennis match.

Horse riding, golfing, trekking and going on excursions are some of the activities to explore the area.

Interiors

This private house for rent in Tuscany is a two-storeyed building on two levels. The property occupies 400 sq-m altogether.

On the ground floor guests will find the living room enthroned by a stone fireplace and furnished with sofa, armchairs. There is a large sitting room embellished with frescoes, a dining room with fine crystal top table and a kitchen with all comforts guests may need and a store room. On the same level is a library to choose a good book from, a twin bedroom convertible in a double one and a bathroom with a shower.

A rustic stone and staircase with wrought iron balustrade leads to the first floor. In the upstairs are the corridors taking guests to two double bedrooms of which the master one is furnished with a romantic four poster and two bedrooms with twin or double beds (depending on guests’ choice). In 3 bedrooms guests can request to add a single bed, increasing the accommodation capacity to 13 guests. The bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with bathtub and another fitted with a shower.
