Villa Smeralda is located in the stunning Chianti wine region, near the town of Greve in Chianti. Chianti is known around the world for its production of some of the finest wine in the world, and also for its luscious rolling hills, a jewel of the emerald Tuscan countryside.

Greve in Chianti is in the Val di Greve, and is named for the small river that flows through it. It is the principal town of the Chianti wine region, and until recently, was a quiet, almost bucolic town because of its location off the main roads. 

The villa has a panoramic view of the surrounding verdant hillside. You’ll find a garden, a pool, and a terrace with lounge chairs, which is perfect for a lazy afternoon.

Interior

Inside this three-story villa, you’ll find that it’s the perfect place for a group of 10 people. Starting from the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a satellite TV, a bathroom, and other necessary amenities.

The first floor of the villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with their own en suite bathroom.

In the second floor, you’ll find a double bedroom that has a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding hills and landscape.

The villa is mostly green inside because of the color's calming and relaxing properties.
