This marvelous villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, near the enchanting town of Pienza. Situated on a hilltop, this villa offers stunning views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

Within the lovely gardens of the villa, you’ll find an oval pool, perfect for refreshing dips. There is also a rather large outdoor table and a barbecue set, perfect for outdoor al fresco meals while enjoying the setting sun and the spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. There is also a charming grotto, where you’ll find a pond, along with some peace and relaxation.

Interior

This pleasant villa has two floors. An external marble staircase leads up to the first floor and to an entrance hall which is shared by both floors. You’ll be welcomed to a cool and airy atmosphere.

Starting from the first floor, you’ll find a balcony which reveals stunning views over the gardens and the surrounding undulating hills. Inside, you’ll find a spacious modern kitchen, fully equipped, along with a bar counter, and a living room with a warm and cozy fireplace. There is a master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and private balcony, and two other double bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms. You’ll also find an independent coatroom/bathroom.

Moving up to the second floor via an internal marble staircase, you’ll be welcomed by chestnut roof beams, which extend across the roof, and electronically controlled roof skylights. You’ll find a large modern kitchen, along with a bar counter. There is a master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and a double bedroom, along with an independent bathroom. All the rooms have windows overlooking the gardens and the beautiful Tuscan hillside.
