Situated on the upper part of a hill, wrapped up by magnificent Tuscan views of the gentle rolling hills of Pisa, Casciana farmhouse offers guests a beautiful spot from where to start discovering Tuscany and its countless treasures.

For it is so conveniently located, a 30-minute car ride can take you to celebrated towns such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and  Colle Val d’Elsa.   Florence and Pisa are only 40 kilometres away for those beckoned by fashion, art and history. Indulging in moments of genuine pleasure is also so close, as Casciana Spa is 2 kilometres away from Casciana farmhouse.

In the woods guests can stroll along the trekking paths or ride rented bicycles. They can also reserve guided tours around this magnificent region which the farm sets up. Daily olive tasting tours are organized as there is an olive press run by farmhouse Casciana in Chianni, Novo Frantoio. It is also possible to taste the wine of Colline Pisane and other typical products.

This farmhouse on the hills of Pisa features a precious private panoramic swimming pool (9x18) open from the end of May to the end of September, and in the mild weather of summer the marine breeze in the evening invites you to sit and sip your favourite drink on the poolside.

Casciana farmhouse allows children. They have a very charming   playground where to spend great moments of fun. The farmhouse is also pet friendly.

This singular precious farmhouse on the hills of Pisa offers 5 apartments for up to 2/8 people each, with private entrance. The whole villa can also be rented for large groups of 22+6 guests.

20 metres away from the farm house there is a spacious room which can be used for tasting shows and exhibitions or   it can make an additional kitchen when large groups are hosted in this magnificent farmhouse in Pisa.

There are special services such as wood for fireplace/barbecue, book library and baby chairs and cribs for families with babies or young children, weekly change of towels, bed and table linen and final cleaning.
