A unique classic Italian villa, romantic, comfortable and undoubtedly the best value for a luxurious vacation in Tuscany, Villa Gli Stemmi accommodates up to 20 people.

Villa Gli Stemmi is located in the Chianti area 20 minutes from Arezzo in the countryside of Foiano della Chiana. The villa is near all major-interest cities and towns that can be reached within one hour drive. The highway to Rome and Florence is just 6 minutes away.

The 12000 square meters fenced private park is tended with extreme care, adorned with secular trees and lush plants that color the garden with gentle hues and sprinkle the air with sweet scents from early spring to the end of summer. The private park is perfect for long walks, bike strolls, and any other activity in complete privacy and peace.

The swimming pool sits amidst this paradise. Completely private and set in a panoramic position, the 6 by 12 meters pool is perfect for relaxing under the sun. Comfortable sun beds and parasols are provided to all guests. The garden and the pool are both lit at night for a wonderful scenic ambience.

Right by the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue is the large outdoor table for 20 people, an excellent spot to enjoy the company of loved ones and the Tuscan life altogether.

The garden is also adorned with classic marble statues by the pool and a masterpiece fountain representing a classic scene of "Venus with The Baby in Her Arms", right at the entrance gate of the villa. The outdoors are completed by the lovely private chapel dedicated to San Donato, perfect for celebrating private weddings before enjoying the reception in the garden of the villa.

Interiors

The grandeur of the exteriors continues with the luxurious and comfortable indoors of Villa Gli Stemmi. The main entrance on the ground floor opening up on a wide hallway sided by rich paintings, original pieces of antique furniture and with rich Persian carpets covering the floors. The light enters the large bay door flooding the large entrance with light. From the bay window one enters the villa from the garden at the back.

By the hall is the entrance to the formal dining room for up to 20 people decorated with antique furniture, an antique fireplace from the Fourteenth century and recently recovered frescoed ceilings. Also on the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and a 42-inch LCD satellite TV with DVD player, an additional living room with card table, an additional formal dining room for 12 people, the fully-equipped kitchen (two electric ovens, microwave oven, extra large fridge with freezer, dishwasher), and a service restroom.

The first floor of Villa Gli Stemmi accommodates the bedrooms. Here there are three double twin bedrooms and two queen size bedrooms.

Two twin double bedrooms feature Jacuzzi showers, one includes a Jacuzzi bathtub and terrace with view on the park. One double queen bedroom features a Jacuzzi shower and terrace over the park, while the other double queen features a Jacuzzi bathtub.

The first floor is completed by a reading room.

The second floor of Villa Gli Stemmi is composed of a large queen-size suite with living room, 18 square meter bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub and a terrace over the park.

In addition at this floor are a queen-size double bedroom with Jacuzzi shower, two double twin bedrooms with Jacuzzi bathtubs, and one double twin bedroom with Jacuzzi shower.

All bedrooms are air conditioned, have in room satellite televisions with 20 inches LCD screens, and DSL Internet connection.

All ceilings on the second floor are made of tarsoed wood, a wonderful artisan masterpiece.

The weekly rental price includes 3 hours of daily cleaning service, and maid service from Monday through Friday. A personal cook service is available at 20 euros per person per hour. The refundable security deposit is 1,500 Euros per week. Final cleaning is 13 Euros per person (minimum 180 Euros).

Waste collection/disposal and kitchen cleaning are guest's responsibility and not included in the final cleaning price. Heating and air condirioning are upon consumption.

Also available is a conference room for 40 people. The conference room and the chapel are both available upon request at extra charge payable at the villa.
