Exterior

Villa Buonvento is a real jewel in the Sienese countryside, a short distance from the revered wine capital Montalcino, 30 minutes from Siena and 1 hour from Florence. The estate consists of 5 independent houses, including the manor house, all based around a central courtyard.

There are extensive gardens with manicured lawns, shady seating spots and lush flora including rose bushes, wild sage and rosemary plants perfuming the air with their delicate scent.
The large panoramic pool sits just in front and is accompanied by sun loungers, umbrellas and a private bar for refreshments while you soak up the sun. The tennis, basketball and bocce courts are just a few steps away and are sure to provide endless fun for all ages.

Further facilities can be found within Villa Buonvento´s wellness centre equipped with fitness zone with state-of-the-art exercise machines, Finnish sauna and plunge pool, steam sauna, and a hydro massage Jacuzzi tub.

Interior

The separate houses collectively take the form of a village-style community where individual groups can have their own privacy but come together in the communal spaces when they wish.

The manor house is the heart of the ´village´. The internal courtyard with loggia includes the reception, the wine-tasting cellar and one of the various entrances to the house.

The ground floor features all the shared areas: a comfortable living room with grand piano and a study, the media room with large HD TV, wide selection of films and games consoles and a beautiful library. Guests can make the most of both the formal dining room for 34 people and the outdoor terrace with views of the rolling hills and there is a wine and cocktail bar, ideal for pre or post dinner drinks.

Both professional and celebratory events are taken care of with a 150 sqm state-of-the-art conference centre and a ballroom for 50.

The state-of-the-art professional kitchen is designed for catering for large groups and also for cooking lessons offered to guests on site. There is also, however, a family kitchen completely at guests´ disposal, fully-equipped and ideal for casual family meals

The first floor is accessible through a marble staircase and two lifts. On this floor are 6 of the main villa´s 9 suites, each with double bed and their own en suite with both bathtub and shower and double basins. The master suite also features a private Finnish sauna and steam-room. The other 3 suites are accessible from the courtyard for added privacy.

The other houses have been designed and decorated with same attention to detail, ensuring to preserve the charming Tuscan features such as the wooden beamed and vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, terracotta flooring and stone arches whilst introducing modern comforts.The four other houses can accommodate 10, 8, 4 and 4 respectively and have their own outdor dining patios and kitchens. 

All the houses on the estate feature a BOSE central music system in the living areas connected to a provided iPod uploaded with thousands of songs and with local radio access. In the manor house each bedroom has its own iPod and surround sound to enjoy your own choice of music too.
