All major cities and towns are only one hour away by car. The motorway to Rome and Florence is conveniently just 6 minutes away.

The 12000 sqm fenced private park is meticulously tended, adorned with secular trees and lush plantlife that colour the garden with differnet shades of green and sweeten the air with fresh scents. The private park is perfect for long walks, bike trails, and spending time in complete peace. The 6x12m swimming pool sits amidst this paradise. Completely private and set in a panoramic position, it is perfect for a refreshing dip after relaxing under the sun on the comfortable sun beds and parasols on the deck. The garden and the pool are both lit at night for a wonderful atmosphere.

Right by the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue is the large outdoor table for 20 people, an excellent spot to enjoy the company of friends and family in the enchanting Tuscan setting. The garden is decorated with classic marble statues and a masterpiece fountain right by the grand entrance gate. The grounds also house a lovely private chapel dedicated to San Donato, perfect for celebrating  a private wedding before enjoying a magnificent reception in the garden.

Interior

The grandeur of the exterior continues with the luxurious and comfortable interior of Villa Gli Stemmi. The main entrance on the ground floor opens up into a wide hallway lined with elegant paintings, original pieces of antique furniture, and floors covered with rich Persian rugs. Light floods into the entrance hall through the large glass doors at the far end where you can also access the garden.

The formal dining room has room for 20 people and features an antique fireplace and recently restored frescoed ceilings. Also on the ground floor are is a living room with a fireplace and a 42-inch LCD satellite TV with DVD player, another formal dining room for 12, the fully-equipped kitchen (two electric ovens, microwave, extra large fridge with freezer, dishwasher), and a guest WC.

The first floor of Villa Gli Stemmi houses five of the bedrooms- three twin bedrooms and two queen bedrooms. Two of the twin rooms feature bathrooms with hydromassage showers, one includes a Jacuzzi bathtub and terrace with views of the park. One queen bedroom's ensuite features a hydromassage shower and terrace, while the other double queen features a Jacuzzi bathtub. The first floor also has a reading room. The second floor of Villa Gli Stemmi is composed of a large suite with its own living room, elegant bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub, and a private terrace. In addition, four other bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on this floor.

Although the bedrooms are traditional in style with elaborate décor and quality furnishings and fittings, all amenities are modern. They are all air-conditioned, have in-room 20inch LCD satellite televisions and DSL Internet connection. There is a 3 hour maid service from Monday to Friday, and a personal chef is available upon request. Also available is a conference room for 40 people which would be ideal for all kinds of occasions, not just professional events.
