EXTERIORS

Villa Scanna is a luxury Tuscan Villa, designed by a noted architect, and renovated with a style which mingles Tuscan tradition with modern solutions. It has been carefully and tastefully decorated, paying special attention to elegance and comfort. The Villa boasts wooden beam ceilings, terracotta walls and wrought iron details. It is set among an enchanted landscape of vineyards, amid the red and white of rose gardens and the silver palette of olive trees.  

Fringed by rolling hills, this rural house looks out on Valdichiana and is at easily navigable distance from some of the most famous cities of art in Tuscany and Umbria; Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Perugia and Assisi are within easy reach.

The most attentive staff will be delighted to assist you in planning your daily excursions. The personnel will be ready to satisfy all your requests following the family motto of the owners: “to make our guests feel at home, while they are far away from home.” Upon arrival you will be spoilt by a welcoming basket full of Tuscan specialties.

An infinite swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas is the perfect spot for relaxing moments. Just imagine yourself under the gazebo enjoying a spectacular Italian meal alfresco or soaking your senses with a breathtaking and enrapturing sunset.
The villa offers plenty of horseback riding, private guided tours, antique car rentals, massage and yoga, and even the unique experience of a hot air balloon trip.

INTERIORS

The Villa is distributed in two floors.

The ground floor welcomes you with a large living room embracing a fireplace. Guests can idle their time away while relaxing on fluffy couches and indulging in the most delicious landscapes.  Large French windows open directly onto the garden, which harbors an outdoor dining area. An adjacent modernly equipped kitchen with a long table is available for indoor dining. On this floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a sofa bed. Both rooms share a bathroom.

Up a whimsically lit staircase are three large bedrooms and bathrooms. Tiny windows shed light on this pathway that leads you to finely decorated bedrooms of this luxury Tuscan Villa. Each room has all kinds of comfort and facilities. Carefully chosen relaxing pastel colors persuade you to linger in the premises, while modern and traditional Tuscan furnishing perfectly combine. Modern, large bathrooms have been decorated with exotic details.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

DIVINO VILLAS is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to DIVINO VILLAS, C/ Girona 53, ent , 08009 Barcelona. Or via the website at relations@divinovillas.com

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
