Luxury Villa near San Gimignano

Exterior

Villa San Gimignano, an ancient stone villa can be found on a beautiful estate that extends over 150 hectares, 25 of which are vineyards and 20 of which are covered in different varieties of olive tree. In front of the villa is a large garden with breathtaking views over the landscape. On a lower level is the large pool set in lawns and next to a loggia, an ideal place for dining outdoors.

This villa located in the heart of Chianti, only a few km from San Gimignano and not much further to the great art towns of Florence and Siena.

Interior

The Villa is laid out over two floors  with the ground floor devoted to the living area and the upper floor to the sleeping area.

A characteristic entrance lobby opens on to a large sitting room, library, billiards room and a large bathroom. This floor is completed by a traditional, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room with a fireplace providing an elegant alternative to outdoor dining. 

There are nine bedrooms in total and each of them has its own bathroom: eight of them are double or twins, while the last features a comfortable french bed. The bedrooms are all very pretty featuring lovely patterned fabrics and furnishings. 

 Villa  San Gimignano is the perfect place from which to explore the Chianti region and wider Tuscany.
