A marvellous veranda, 180 degrees, surrounds the house, and from there it is possible to enjoy the most breath-taking views of the unique Tuscan landscapes.

Interiors

Just entering through the main door guests will be welcomed by the charming atmosphere of this luxury Tuscan Villa, that has been carefully decorated  with special attention to every detail.

The Villa can comfortably host 11 guests in its 6 bedrooms, 2 double, 3 twins and 1 singles rooms, and 5 bathrooms.  Villa I Conti is located on two floors; the ground floor, a mezzanine level and the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen fully equipped, an elegant dining room decorated with original antiques pieces a wooden table and a cozy fireplace. On the same level there is also a large English-style sitting room with a fireplace and french doors with direct access to the garden, and a large living room with a full size snooker table and a lounge area, and access to the garden. On the same level there is also a bathroom.

On the first floor there are the bedrooms, all of them with wonderful wooden beam ceilings and furnished with charming and exclusive pieces. Floors are in terracotta and covered with elegant rugs.

There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with bathroom en-suite, two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom and a library. One of the bedrooms, the master bedroom has a private terrace that offers stunning views of the unforgettable sunsets on the Chianti hills. In the mezzanine level there is a single bedroom with bathroom en-suite.

The billiard hall of the Villa is a wonderful and elegant room with a vaulted stone ceiling, the perfect place for the evening meetings after the intense and relaxing days enjoying the Villa and its surroundings. On the ground floor there is a drawing room with a television, and on the first floor a spacious and assorted library.
