Villa Fattoria is a magnificent example of a country-house in Tuscany.
It is situated in the middle of an outstanding domain which dates back to the16th century. The villa is set in a wonderful park, on the sloping side of a wooded hill surrounded by fruit-trees and olive groves.
Recently, Villa Fattoria has been completely restored with great attention to the detail, maintaining its traditional Tuscan character. This mansion in Tuscany features a large saline swimming pool situated in a large lawn area surrounded by suitable deck chairs with tables, and sunbeds with umbrellas.
The property also has two enchanting courtyards paved with local stone and furnished with wrought-iron tables, chairs and umbrellas. From here one can deeply relax while enjoying the marvelous landscape during alfresco meals or during chill-out sessions.
Interiors 
The villa can luxuriously accommodate up to 16 people with 8 spacious and charming guestrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and represents an ideal holiday residence for a large family or group of friends.

The weekly rental includes: maid and laundry services, linens changed twice a week, barbecue, a gardener and pool assistant, English speaking caretaker, one pick up and drop off service per group to/from the airports of Pisa or Florence, and 24/7 phone help-line.

Villa Fattoria is also offering, upon request or pre-booking, additional services such as: Internet wireless access, wine cellar and wine tasting, Tuscan cooking lessons, dry cleaning, English speaking babysitter, massages and beauty treatments, tennis court, beach club, special celebrations and parties, and any additional service that guests may need.
 
Villa Fattoria is located near Lucca, surrounded by splendid lands that will fill your daytrips with enchantment and culture. The mysterious Garfagnana and the marvelous Chianti areas such as Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Pisa with its magnificent piazza are just few suggestive must-see cities.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

DIVINO VILLAS is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to DIVINO VILLAS, C/ Girona 53, ent , 08009 Barcelona. Or via the website at relations@divinovillas.com

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
