The villa, located near Volterra and San Gimignano in the heart of Tuscany, is rented exclusively as a whole.

The 20x10m pool is set amidst the landscaped garden accompanied with all comforts: sauna, bar, table tennis table and sun loungers…dressing rooms with showers, a gazebo and barbecue.

This luxury accommodation is the ideal setting for unforgettable holidays, but also over the years many requests have been welcomed from private and corporate clients looking for a large venue to hold an Italian wedding (private chapel on site), celebration, or special event of any kind.

A whole range of activities can be organized directly at the villa to suit all tastes and occasions: hot-air balloon rides; wine, olive-oil and local products, cigar and distilled liqueur tastings; private cooking classes; painting workshops; Italian language classes, truffle hunting and more.

Interior

The villa´s interiors are equally grand, tastefully furnished with antiques and quality fabrics. Although the property is traditional in style featuring many original features such as attractive wooden beams, vaulted ceilings and open fireplaces, it is also equipped with modern comforts such as satelite television, Wi-Fi access and air conditioning.

Double, twin bedrooms and suites with their own living areas make an accommodating capacity of up to 26. Most of these rooms also have their own bathroom.

The house boasts a professional kitchen with every imaginable appliance and utensil, various games rooms offering billiards, table tennis and roulette, a gym, utility room and a hi-tech projection room.

As well as the main villa there are two neighbouring buildings where another 11 guests are hosted.
