This luxurious villa is ideally located very near to the beautiful Maremma beach in the Argentario area of Tuscany where ancient traditions have survived and Tuscan culture is preserved.

The villa itself is encircled by vast parkland of 20,000sqm including meticulously tended lawns and vegetable garden. The inifinity pool (16x8m) is exquisite, accompanied by smart decking with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the unbroken views of the rolling hills.

Furthermore, there are various covered terraces should you need a break from the never-ending sunshine. One of these is furnished for al fresco dining and there is a large barbecue to liven up your meals, whereas another is a romantic lounge area.

Up to 9 cars can be parked in the covered parking vicinity. A car is recommended for guests to make the most of the surrounding area and all that it offers.

Interior

The villa extends over 700sq-m and is divided into 3 storeys. An attractive modern-style dominates and guests will find all the latest comforts, offering everything you could need for your holiday accommodation.

The main reception room is simply stunning- huge and laid out over two levels. On the ground floor is a living area with large, comfortable sofas and a modern, focal fireplace, an dining area and a smart pool table offering fun for all the family. The mezzanine level is a cozy lounge with more sofas, fitted bookshelves and a 50inch flat-screen television accompanied with a DVD player, surround-sound, music system and DVD and CD library. There is Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the whole villa.

The kitchen is an eat-in room whose dining table can comfortably seat 12 guests. There are large work surfaces and it is of course equipped with all appliances and conveniences for enjoyable self-catering. This room leads directly onto the outdoor terrace should guests prefer to eat outside.

5 bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are 3 large doubles, one of which is the Master bedroom with its own adjoining peaceful porch. The remaining two rooms are a twin room and a single bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom.

The villa also has an elegant indoor swimming pool of 4x11m on the lower ground floor.
