Exteriors

This restored two-storey villa near Cortona in Tuscany is perfectly situated to enjoy the spectacular views of the valley.

It can accommodate up to 10 people; and it has an 8x13m swimming pool, which once was the antique water reservoir for the property. There is also a lovely wide veranda with table and barbeque, suitable for enjoying enchanting candlelit dinners and for tasting the most traditional dishes and a glass of good wine.

There are plenty of outdoor activities to practice nearby, such as golf and tennis, and excursions such as mountain biking, trekking, nature hiking and equestrian trail hikes can also be organized. Cities such as Florence, Pisa, Perugia, Bologna and Assisi are very close to Cortona.

Guests can make use of the covered parking and the covered terrace with panoramic view. Washing machine at guests’ disposal.


Interiors

A spacious hallway on the ground floor leads into a living room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The spacious kitchen, once the original clay oven dating back to the 1800's, is fully equipped with all essential household appliances and amenities.

Some stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two other bedrooms with views overlooking the Valdichiana. The bedrooms in this lovely villa near Cortona feature air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Internet wireless or cable connection and en-suite bathrooms.

Developed on the first floor and accessible by an external stony staircase with covered terrace, there is also a small apartment which can accommodate 4 further guests.  It consists of 2 big living rooms, one with fireplace and the other one used as dining room. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room are communicating. The sleeping area of the apartment has a double and a twin room, both with ensuite bathroom with shower.
