Exteriors
At Villa Asciano you can discover the real essence of the Tuscan countryside. Elevated on the top of a hill, the villa has a full circle view of the surrounding fields covered by oak groves, vineyards and olive groves, where you can also find the swimming pool. This seventeenth century villa is wonderfully located in Tuscany, at 25 minutes from Siena and about 75 minutes from Florence.
The villa is divided into 6 large apartments, so you can enjoy the company of your loved ones and keep your full privacy. Each apartment is finely restored and furnished with a style that spouses the true Tuscan heritage with unique modern solutions.
Just imagine sitting outside under the bower, gazing at the horizon in total peace. Tuscan nature has its own way of stirring your senses, and you will discover this while swimming in the pool overlooking miles of countryside. Just as you will while taking advantage of the many activities you can enjoy at Villa Asciano.
The estate offers plenty of biking and hiking trails, relaxing massages, yoga classes in the morning (min. 6 people), a cooking school, truffle hunting, and olive picking (in November). Nearby you can enjoy golfing, horse riding, tennis playing, thermal spas and hot air ballooning. The owners of the villa also organize special wine tours to let you discover local producers of renown wines.
In addition, you can participate in cultural tours to discover the art and gardens of Rome and Tuscany, or you may enjoy spending a Tuscan Fall at Villa Asciano and discover that Autumn in Tuscany can be just as lovely as the Summer.
The owners of Villa Asciano are an architect from Naples, and a professor from New Zealand that lectures in history of art at the University of Siena. Their passion for the Tuscan land has brought them here to regain touch with a peaceful natural environment. Now they want to share with their guests the perfect relaxing experience.
Among the many on site activities are: massages, morning Yoga classes, cooking lessons, hicking, truffle hunting, olive picking, and cultural tours to Rome and Florence. Additionally nearby this villa for large groups in Tuscany you will find: biking, tennis courts, golfing, hot air ballooning, thermal saps, and horseback riding.
Interiors
Composed of 6 splendid independent apartments, all recently restored and furnished following the Tuscan rural tradition with some contamination pieces, Villa Asciano offers a wide variety of accommodating solutions in Tuscany. Large groups will find here an oasis of peace and comfort. Apartment Loggia offers great opportunities for indoor dining with a large table for up to 36 people. The courtyard can be setup to shade and shelter just as many people in all seasons. Weddings and ceremonies, as well as family reunions can be comfortable hosted at Villa Asciano.
You do not need to have a large group of people to stay at this villa near Siena, though. Each apartment is a stand alone unit that provides much privacy and comfort to all guests. Five apartments have a fireplace and all are extremely cozy and welcoming. As soon as you step in one of Villa Asciano's apartments you will suddenly feel at home.
