The double bedroom and the short hallway leading to the ensuite bathroom are characterized by tall beamed ceilings. This room is extremely quiet as the window faces an internal courtyard, while the bathroom window has the finest views of the Tuscan countryside over the rooftops of the hamlet.

The stylish design and soft hues are just perfect to relax with simplicity in Tuscany. The double bed is a comfortable queen-size nest for two.

The  ensuite bathroom has a shower stall and the startling design is matched by the comfort of soft white cotton towels and scented candles. From the windows the scents of the Tuscan countryside will soothe your spirit and refresh your moods.

 Daily buffet breakfast is served in the exclusive restaurant of the Villa and is composed of Italian and international food. The breakfast includes: croissants, yogurt, cereals, organic marmalades and various kinds of honey, artisan breads, various kinds of cheese, milk, various tea flavors, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and other seasonal delicacies.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
