Villa Limoni is a beautiful 16th century property, carefully restored very recently in 2011. It boasts a perfect location in a charming medieval Tuscan village between the well-known Montecatini -Terme and Pescia, with everything you could need nearby such as restaurants and basic shops. This position is ideal for exploring the wider region and all the splendid art towns such as Florence, Siena and Lucca.

The landscape is perfect for active holidays in nature. If you enjoy walking or mountain biking you´ll certainly want to explore the many trails on offer. Golf, tennis, and horse-riding facilities are all less than 10km from the site.

The villa is set amidst exquisite gardens of scented orange and lemon groves and bright bougainvillea flowers with the evocative Tuscan hillside forming the backdrop.

The gardens make a lovely place for lazy holiday days owing to the many quiet corners, the pool and stunning sun terrace looking over the hills. Why not indulge and just allow yourself to do nothing, simply soak up the exclusive atmosphere and sunshine.

Interior

Although the villa has been completely restored it has kept a traditional air and its original charm.

There is a well-stocked library, a tasting cellar where you can try limoncello and arancello produced on site, the elegant restaurant specializing in Tuscan dishes and where you can also have vegetarian and diabetic-friendly meals prepared for you on request, as well as a bar.

The three apartments all have separate entrances and can accommodate between 2 and 4 guests. They each have a different style, attractive in their own way and are an excellent choice for those who appreciate a little more independence and privacy for their holiday accommodation but don´t want to have to forego excellent facilities and services.
