The countryside offers stunning areas to stroll immersed in tranquil environs. 10,000 olive trees of three centuries surround the apartments which feature their own furnished garden. Guests can also observe how the olive mill and the farm work.  Guests can taste and take home home-made olive oil, wine and honey produced in the estate.

The area offers a myriad of other external activities to embark on: 5 or 11 a-side- football, playing tennis and golf, swimming on the  coast (6km from the apartments), fishing, setting sails or enjoying equestrian sports. 
   
 
Guests at these holiday rentals can join excursions different historic sites in Tuscany such as Lucca, Romanesque Pisa or golden beaches of Pietrasanta. If they decide to stay in the premises, they can enjoy a large garden, a swimming pool (16x9m) with changing room and toilet and ping pong table.

Each apartment offers a different solution. 2 to 8 people are hosted in single, double or twin bedrooms. The apartments have living, dining area and kitchen corner (separate or open plan) and 1 or 2 bathrooms.  

The same cooking school has given the cooking lesson for 10 years now, a success for the estate as well as for students of different levels who learn how to create dishes of this enchanting region of Italy.
