The property itself is surrounded by a 4-hectare perfectly-manicured private garden of lawns and Mediterranean plants and with a beautiful covered terrace ideal for al fresco dining. There is of course a swimming pool, in a secluded location it is a real sun-trap, surrounded with sun loungers and hedges.

Guests have two parking spaces at their disposition, shaded with pine trees and down a gravel pathway leading to the villa.

The dining room leads off the living room and adjacent is a modern fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, a more informal alternative for your meals.

Stairs leading both upstairs and down to the lower ground level lead to the bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom with either a shower or bath. 10 can be accommodated in a total of 2 twin bedrooms and 3 doubles. The master bedroom is air conditioned.

Satellite television and a games room are ideal for cozy evenings in for all ages.
