This wonderful tuscan Villa is 10 km away from the village of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the same heart of Chianti Classico, just 20km away from Siena and 70 km from Florence. It is a perfect holiday destination with a great service. Moreover, one of this property's advantages is the representative regional architecture.

This former Villa has been refurbished maintaining its original structure to host discriminating guests.

Along the hottest period the swimming pool (5x12m) is the best spot to enjoy a relaxing time with friends or family. It has a mini bar and garden views surrounding it. The property also offers a barbecue at guests disposal.

Interiors

The Chianti Villa can host up to 16 poeple.

The main building is 500sq-m and maintains the style of Chianti. It is divided into two storeys.

Downstairs there are doors leading directly to the garden. It has a little living room heated by a welcoming fireplace to spend warm nights, well equipped kitchen and 3 double bedrooms, each affording its own bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub. There is also an extra bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a living-cum-TV room and 4 double bedrooms with their bathrooms fitted with bathtub and shower.

The annex, customized to host guests, is 150 sq-m and affords an adorable porch with sweeping views and a dining area with a dining table sitting 35 guests. Here is a pizza oven, a laundry, a double bedroom and a 45sq-m suite. Each has a bathroom with a shower.

The 130sq-m cottage is devoted to wellbeing and pampering experiences. It is equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub, gym and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The organization of excursions, tasting and events can be arranged with the staff. Costless Wi-Fi connection and personal computer are at guests’ disposal.
